Class: SR Created By: JONESAL Log Type: NO_ACTION Summary: Investigation Details I investigated this complaint and observed that there were two cinder blocks blocking the downstream outfall. The problem is located downstream of the creek channel, but on private property. I spoke with both the 311 caller and the apartment complex office manager. The office manager is having her maintenance team either remove both cinder blocks, and/or just bore a hole through the cinder blocks to allow storm waters to pass through unobstructed. No further action is required. Service request is now closed.

I have yet to receive a call back. At this point, since I was not able to access her site with permission, I will close out this service request with no action needed at this time. The property owner is advised to submit another 311 if the problem persists.
