    The crossing guard does not seen to know how the crosswalk light works. He uses it to let people cross, and then proceeds to wave people through like they don’t need to follow the instructions on the light (when flashing stop and then proceed if clear). I think he needs to choose one or the other, but not both methods to allow people to cross.
