Unauthorized company trying to dig holes in my backyard. I am out of the country and my house sitter is getting multiple requests from people who claim they are from ATT and claiming eminent domain. We were never told about this and I refuse to approve this. Is this legitimate? The city never notified us and I refuse to approve this.
