- Please help fix this dangerous speed bump. It is located within the Parmer McNiel Plaza in between Wells Fargo and the Vision Eyes place. I know this is private property but pleeeeaase help if possible because it has been a problem for many months and there is a lot of traffic that flows through this lot. even if you can contact the owners it would help. Thanks! The location listed is the closest I could get using your map but the actual location is 6301 W. Parmer Ln inside the shopping center.
