Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. The horizontal 4 section head mounted on the mast arm the furthest away from the standard pole only directs traffic traveling in the the westbound exclusive turn lane. The horizontal 3 section head and vertical 3 section head only direct traffic traveling in the westbound through/right turn lane. If their is another issue that was not addressed, please reach back out.

Monitored intersection through live graphics, historical timing values, and verified that detection was working at the intersection. The traffic signal is working correctly and according to plan. We will continue monitoring signal operations at this intersection and make adjustments as needed. Thank you.
