Contacted - Provided Information - Close SR. I spoke with him and informed him that I submitted an IT ticket to have the IT team reset his password for the ABC portal. The IT team will reach out for further assistance via email. I also provided him with the BTCS team's phone number, 512-974-9760, so he can verify his HVAC contractor registration.
