Work crew on Airport at Oak Springs has a truck parked right up on the protected street tree. This tree needs a chain link fence to protect its Critical Root Zone. They are required for construction. Parking this truck here will kill the tree, and this one is essential to keep this stretch of the bike lane shaded.
