Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed the intersection using historical timing reports, live graphics and the live closed circuit television feed. The intersection has broken detection and has recalls enabled for each movement. Each movement will receive its max phase time within the cycle regardless if vehicles are present or not. This could result in additional delays but ensures no movement is skipped. Detection is on a list for repair. Thank you.

Description
Long wait time going East & West on Slaughter at Slaughter and Furman light, even when there are no cars waiting or driving on Furman. Have noticed this multiple times on different days.
