Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Traffic issue previously reported. Coordinated with Right-of-Way department to request striping refresh. Striping currently managed by contractor for downtown construction projects. Contractor to be notified by Right-of-Way inspector. Will continue to monitor.

Description
The light for the left lane at 5th and Red River (northbound) is set up so that it looks like someone should be in the left lane to take a left turn. But with the current construction, this is actually a two way street. The residents of the 555 Condos and Hilton guests are blocked from turning south on Red River to enter the garage. This is a safety issue because when we start to turn in that lane, we are often met with a row of cars incorrectly lined up in the left lane.
