Description
Construction crews unlawfully leaving equipment, unattached trailers and trucks in the right of way. Leaving trailer trailers with lumber and equipment on the street without trucks attached during the daytime leaving trailers parked on property jutting out into the street, unlawful on parked vehicles blocking right of way including on trash collection day
