Contacted - Provided Information - Close SR. Customer called because he wanted to replace a lighting fixture in a commercial building he wanted to know if he needed a permit I explained that I was not sure if he would need a permit and it would probably depend upon the level of work he was doing but the best way to determine if he needed a permit would be to contact the Business Trades Contractor Services team on Monday and they would be able to give guidance. I gave him the phone number so he can contact the team no additional action is required.
