Description
This dog (Casper or Gasper?) is constantly out of its yard. There have been attempts from neighbors to talk to the owners about securing their fence but they’ve been rude. This has gone on for a year. People with dogs on leash who are not dog friendly can’t walk the neighborhood. 6121 Perlita is his home
