Details: I spoke with the requester and confirmed that this request is primarily due to concern by a private citizen(s) in regards to trees being tagged within private property without prior knowledge. I also found that the location where these tags were removed has a drainage easement: OBJECTID 65365; EASEMENT_POLY_ID 401431926 which is likely managed by Austin Water.
