The traffic light at Ben White and Riverside turning left from Ben White onto Riverside, the second light of the pair to cross the bridge, timing is off and you can’t get through both lights in a cycle. So it’s the light that is at the westbound lanes of Ben White and the westbound lanes of Riverside
