Watr at 1Hotel is blatantly ignoring city citations, its cutoff time, and nearby resident complaints about their music and bass being way too loud. It shakes our apartment 3 nights per week and continues past the midnight cutoff every single night. The venue also does not yet have a valid OMV permit (and probably shouldn’t get it given its track record). Please cut them off…
