- Excessive music and pounding bass from Naya Restaurant on West Street vibrate through our shared residential walls , submitted a claim today at 4 PM. Noise is even louder still. This repeatedly disrupts my home, with no effective resolution. Please investigate noise compliance, require immediate volume reduction, and provide a permanent solution.
