Outdoor Commercial Venue Music Complaint

Inspection Performed - Close SR. Received complaint regarding loud amplified music at 1506 E6 (Hotel Vegas and Volstead). Went to location, Observed AFD and ATCEMS on scene with an emergency inside the indoor portion of the bar. Amplified indoor music observed. Inspected outdoor portion on the west right of way and observed the entire rear patio was closed and unoccupied with no outdoor speakers activated. Reviewed active and approved OMV permit. Venue found to be operating within lawful limits. Close SR.
