Citation Issued - Close SR. Received complaint for loud outdoor music at this location, (The Betty, 510 RG). Went to venue, observed it to be open and operating with a large crowd both inside and outside on the south patio. Was able to ascertain that the outdoor speakers had been reactivated since my previous inspection and were amplifying loud music onto the patio. Reviewed relevant OMV permitting. Citation issued and municipal Court affidavit to be filed. Spoke with management and APD officers on site. Close SR.
