- Luna rooftop bar is so loud!! They are way over for decibel limit!! Who even plays music this loud on a freaking Sunday??? I can hear the music over two sound machines and a box fan!

Inspection Performed - Close SR. Received complaint for 120 W. 5th (Luna Rooftop Bar) regarding music being played in excess of permitted sound threshold. Complainant failed to attach any evidence to support this claim, did not provide contact information and did not indicate a location from where their sound measurement was taken. Luna closed, locked and unattended at the time of inspection. Shiner's noted to be amplifying music from their rooftop patio during inspection. CLOSE SR.
