Pavement Failure

Description: Pot hole / possible sink hole in the alley between e César Chávez and Willow close to Comal. Noticed yesterday morning and was not there last week. It’s opened up deeply and quickly though it’s not extremely wide just yet. There’s brown water in the hole so drivers may not see it and continue to drive through/over it.
