Description
Stray dog found in the neighborhood laying down and bleeding from her belly area. Has a ton of small bubbles or bumps on her belly. Brought her home to try to care for her but I think she needs additional care that I can not afford. Dog is not wearing a collar and an owner has not come around. Called 311 but missed the call back phone call.
