- I can hear loud music and heavy bass inside my home from Watr, the 16th-floor rooftop bar at 1 Hotel Austin, 96 Red River St. This happens three or four nights a week and often continues well past midnight. Please have Sound Enforcement inspect while the music is playing, check the cutoff, and record where the sound was measured, the reading, and what action was taken. Prior after-cutoff citation cases: 26-00330882 and 26-00345235. Please link this report to permit review SO-2026-0103.

Inspection Performed - Close SR. INVESTIGATED THE WATER LOUNGE FOR OUTDOOR MUSIC VIOLATIOINS. WENT UP TO THE VENUE'S LOCATION AND INVESTIGATED AREA WITH MANAGEMENT PRESENT. WENT INSIDE THE BAR TO LOCATE ANY EXCESSIVE SOUND. NO SOUND VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. LOCATION WAS ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF CLOSING FOR THE NIGHT.
