4415 Whispering Valley Dr, Austinvisible trash hauler with many complaints . many trailers and trucks.commercial operation in neighborhood. 311 can do nothing . fine the apt to get him kicked as this has gone on for 10 yrs now. the pic you see is on a good day, today is worse as bulk pickup is going and he travels the neighborhood collecting waste to sell. he needs to take his operation to another place more suited . the apt might have to be torn down as his trash is encompassing it. in and out . fine him and the apt owner as they let him.
