Summary: Pond Flag 2 Details: *Update 4/14/26:* after leaving a voice mail message and sending an email, I have not received a response from the customer.  At any rate, I do not think the potential areas she wants maintained are supposed to be maintained.  I believe they are part of the Cat Mountain Greenbelt and are intended to be left natural.  The area Watershed maintains is receiving routine maintenance four times per year and the photo documentation provided by our contractor indicates the maintenance is completed timely.

No Work Planned - No Problem Found - Close SR. Summary: Investigation Details: Upon investigation, the pond located at 6904 Santos St is a wet pond and supposed to hold water. After the recent rain event, the water elevation is higher. With rain in the forecast, if the pond overflows, it will drain into the creek channel.

Debris Cleared - Close SR. Summary: 4801 Creek Bend Details: Crew 4 removed debris along the fence, gate and street to allow the water to drain into the pond.

Summary: Pond Flag 258 Details: *Pond Flag 258:   *This pond is maintained six times per year and was last maintained on March 31, 2026 and will be maintained again this month.  The photos uploaded by the contractor (attached) do not indicate any homeless activity or dumping.  I will investigate and report back.  If there are items which need to be removed, I will contact the contractor to remove them. .

Future Work Scheduled - Close SR. Summary: Pond losing water due to riser pipe malfunction. Using pump to replace water from the lake. Details: 04/10/2026 ~ On site I observed the pond had lost a significant amount of water. Photos attached. The concerned citizen (HOA Board Member) Eric Suburban stated that they realized on Monday 04/06 that something was wrong. Had their pond maintenance guy investigate and learned that the plug from the riser pipe had come loose on Wednesday 04/08. He was able to replace the plug, but said he felt like it was only a temporary fix. They are currently using a small pump to pump water from the lake back into the pond. Kelli Bruce reached out to Operations to have them go out on Monday 04/13 to provide a bigger pump. Kelli also reached out to Julie White in Spills, and she confirmed that the fish should be okay with the current water level, and we are expecting rain as well over the next few days. I will be creating a CPI WO in Maximo for this wet pond. .
