Encampment was discovered along the West side of the pond just below the pedestrian walkway. Aquatic Features is contracted by Avery Ranch HOA to maintain numerous wet ponds within the community, and since I have experience working with them on other Avery Ranch ponds, I contacted Alex Arreguin of Aquatic Features to discuss the issue and provide photos. He said they would be out next Tuesday to clean up the encampment.Update (1/9/25): Alex contacted me to report that they had time before today's expected rain to go out to the pond this morning. The encampment was removed, and the trash/debris collected and removed from site.
