Class: SRCreated By: Log Type: WO_CREATEDSummary: InvestigationDetails*10/15/2024* - I met with the concerned citizen about the drainage issues that she is experiencing. No running water or standing water was observed at the time of my inspection. The area of concern is upstream from the neighboring property's storm control measures, rain gardens, and subsurface flood detention pond. I have contacted the neighboring property management company (Sallie) by phone and email, and she states she will work with me to get the required engineer's concurrence letter for the subsurface asset. The three onsite rain gardens were compliant during my inspection. A work order has been created for the subsurface asset. I explained to the concerned citizen that this was not a quick process and that the property had60 days from the inspection date to comply. I also told her that her concern may not be related to her neighbor's SCMs. The neighboring property may have had a recent water line break that may have caused some of the water onto her property, but the citizen continues to state this is an ongoing problem, even when not raining, water leaks, etc. This service request is now closed.
