    Our neighbor across the street keeps allowing their dog to be outside early in the morning (before 5-7am) and late at night. This wakes and keeps all of the neighbors up and gets all of the neighbors dogs to start barking as well. This dog will not stop barking and it is extremely loud and annoying and lasts for hours on end. We have left multiple notes with this neighbor and they have completely ignored them. I have also tried expensive anti barking devices, but somehow they have not worked.
