Requesting conversion of EB Kramer @ Braker into No Turn On Red. Currently this direction only has No Turn On Red When Bicycles Present, but the construction on the NW corner of the intersection is creating a sight distance issue where it is very difficult to see vehicles coming around the curve on SB Braker. This was not the case when the Culver’s was there but is now that there is fencing and a new development going in.

I am requesting that the City proceed with removal of the dead and hazardous tree located in the City ROW in front of my property at 1405 Crestwood Rd, Austin, TX 78722. We have already secured the approved tree permit 2026-101939TP, and the matter is administratively ready for removal. The tree has also previously been evaluated and determined to be hazardous with little likelihood of recovery. There is currently a fence around the area, but I am willing to coordinate reasonable access
