Car illegally parked with left tires to the curb.

Signal outside of Decker Middle School has been mistimed for months. It’s constantly cycling through for cars that are not and have never been there forcing cars to stop on Decker Ln. It is also often signaling the walk signal to cross Decker. There is nothing on the other side of Decker.

Light is holding up all traffic. Mostly only green in directions that don’t have any vehicles passing through.
