Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. The city of Austin does not run the operation you mention at our signals as it does not provide safe crossing for pedestrians. However, upon further research of the intersection, the engineer noticed a broken pedestrian detector, causing the ped signal to always come on, even when there is no pedestrians present. Once a technician repairs the detector, this should help decrease the levels of congestion.
