There is a white dog running around the neighborhood. Has collar. I can't get close. Seems like friendly pup but gets scared easily. Several neighbors have seen him for 2 or 3 days in a row now. We do not have the dog it is still loose.

Female dachshund, possibly recent mother (nipples somewhat protruding). Looks purebred, nice rust-color coat. Skittish toward me, but not completely hiding. No collar. Laying under cars in 100?!!

I'm afraid this is a report of a dead cat, at the side of the road, outside 312 W 38th street. It is dark grey.
