We have noted the nuisance ponding at this address and will add it to our tracking systems. This will provide us vital information when we begin to analyze alternatives in this area, which is not anticipated to be initiated for several years. There are currently approximately 6,000 unique ponding water reports in the City of Austin. The city prioritizes projects to address these localized ponding issues based on the severity and the number of instances in any given area. Unfortunately, the city cannot address this location at this time. Street and Bridge Operations (SBO) personnel will routinely monitor and inspect Austin's street network to ensure that they are safe for vehicular usage. Neighboring property has gutters that are pointed and flowing directly onto our property during heavy rains and causing our drainage system to back up and building the flood. Property needs to remedy this issue.
