Citation Issued - Close SR. Received complaint for loud outdoor music at 1407 E 7th, (Coquito). Went to location and observed an indoor bar and an open air back patio where DJ music was being played at a high level. A search indicated no active, pending or expired relevant city permits which would allow for amplification of music at this time or level. Citation issued. Close SR.

Inspection Performed - Close SR. Received 311 complaint for loud amplified music at 515 Rio Grande. Checked 510 Rio Grande, all bars on the east side of RG, as wekk as Key Bar and Buford's. Loud indoor bass music was heard coming from 510 Rio Grande. Took sound meter readings and spoke to management. Verified indoor-only music present and advised the general manager the matter could be referred additionally to APD. Code education provided. Close SR.

Inspection Performed - Close SR. INVESTIGATED LOCATION FOR LOUD OUTDOOR MUSIC. VENUE HAS A VALID OMV PERMIT. CONTACTED/MANAGEMENT STAFF AFTER OBTAINING A SOUND METER READING. REQUESTED ADJUSTMENT TO SOUND LEVELS AND OBTAINED VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE. INSPECTOR WAS ONSITE AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT.

Checked neighboring venues which were open and operating, (Parlor and Yard, Star Bar, Woodrows and Key Bar.) Conducted inspections, took sound readings using city issued equipment and spoke to management. Venues found to be operating within permitted and established limits at the time of inspection.
