Transformer boxes next to city road on city side of meter are covered in graffiti

Transformer box at a property I manager is in poor condition. I would like to either repaint it myself with permission or have the city repaint to remove graffiti.

Hello, My name is Joey Scott, and I serve as a Security Officer with the Texas Counties Division Patrol. I currently patrol properties located at: 9828 Great Hills Trail, Austin, TX 78759 10225 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78759 Over the past several weeks, I have been observing recurring instances of graffiti appearing on these properties. The markings are becoming more frequent and appear to be done by the same individual or group. The graffiti includes consistent lettering and a specific logo

Some degenerate has covered the benches and limestone mosaic on top of Doug Sahm Hill in black graffiti.
