We can tell this because the breaker was in the off position and not in the tripped position and the on/off dials on one of the time clocks was different when they were both set to the same on/off schedule last time we were on site. Not sure whom was the person that did this? The proprietors of the skate park came up to us when we were turning the lights back on and were very grateful for the new lighting and requested half the park to stay lit overnight that way we can save some energy by not having all of them on overnight and they can skate there safely after hours. I acquiesced their request and they community around there were very please. So one half is on during peak hours 7pm-11pm and 5am-7:30 am while the other half is on 7pm - 7:30am currently .

396 Grove Blvd, AustinPARD Street tail lights are out. I have already contacted AE, they indicated this is a PARD issue. I'm not sure why this request is so complicated to get done. The lights are out and have been out for some time now. You repaired them a couple of months ago, they only worked for about a week. How do I escalate this request?
