The main panel was investigated and timeclocks reset and corrected. The main disconnect was returned to the on position and then welded shut as this site is a notorious location for constant vandalism and wire theft. The circuits and lights were tested before leaving and the main door to the interior panel was also rewelded shut in hopes to mitigate any more break ins or tampering with the electricity.
