425 S Pleasant Valley Rd, AustinGuard rail at little bridge crossing by volleyball courts potentially dagger, a hazard waiting to happen. Opening is about 24" from sidewalk that drops to a creek. There is a big sharp piece of concrete. Easy for children to fall through and land on sharp piece of concrete. It needs some temporary chain link or protection.
