    New construction I35 frontage road closure leading from cesar Chavez onto east ave now needs better management. East ave has been turned into 2 lanes but right lane is allowing parking, dumpsters and ride share deliveries etc. super dangerous. Signs to pull into hotels or apartments. But bigger prob is east ave and river street. Last time they had construction in that area it was a four way stop sign. Now it’s just cross traffic. Frontage road people can’t turn left and congestion is great.
