    Again we are dealing with continued homeless at the front of our property starting fires. Going to the bathroom (feces and urine) in the drainage area that sits next to our property. I have begged for bars to be put up to avoid them getting into this area, but no one will help us! It's alarming that homeless can start fire which could become catastrophic and affect our entire community, in addition, they are allowed to use t)bathroom in the drainage area under the sidewalk which is a hazard!
