Area Inspected - No Action Required - Close SR. Inspector inspected area. Inspector talked to the contractor who is working on private property that the sound ordinance prohibits loud work prior to 7:00am. Contractor also had a personal car parked in a travel lane. Car was moved. This SR can be closed as complete, no further action required at this time.
