- I own a business (medical clinic) at 8333 Cross Park Drive. Austin, Tx 78754. For weeks, a construction crew has been placing cones in front of our driveway. The cones have blocked access to our only entrance and exit. I called 311 and they told me to call 911. No one came and then the case got closed with no further notice. I have called several times and no one can help me. Who can get these cones away from my driveway so that our business can function safely?

Area Inspected - Issue Resolved - Close SR. Site visit finds cones removed from roadway and currently on the side of the road. Caller has permission to remove cones from roadway if they are returned to roadway and block the driveway. I find no active right of way permits or traffic control plans that call for cones in the roadway. Call closed.
