Construction Concerns in Right of Way

Contacted Area Inspector Located and Removed Close SR. Inspector inspected area. There was a full road closure but no permits were found for it. Inspector removed the devices from the road to allow vehicle traffic to maintain flow. Inspector created an ECV (2024-052736 ECV) and issued it to the traffic control company. No contractor was on site and unable to locate the contractor. Inspector will follow-up with traffic control company to ensure this does not happen again. This SR can be closed as complete, inspector removed devices from the ROW.
