- This is on the north side of the intersection of W. 38th St. and West Ave. between Austin Heart Hospital and The Gables Apartments. The problem is the area that leads to the drain has never been maintained to allow the water flow from the curb under the sidewalk into the drain. This results in a large pool of water that takes several days to properly drain.
