- reporting an environmental concern about disturbed soil/stormwater violations. A pool co used trucks in the greenbelt backing our house causing damage and standing water. These are 3 different photos taken at different times...1) shortly after it rained 2 & 3) 1 week after it rained. It has been this way for months. People cannot access the trail because of this. You can see the mosquitos sitting atop of the water. 10604 Melcher Ct is our address and it's behind our house.
