Called customer and left voicemail explaining that the kittens she inquired about were so young and tiny that they had to be transferred to our partner Austin Pets Alive since they are an organization better equipped to take care of kittens that still need to be bottle fed. Advise to customer to reach out to Austin Pets Alive to get an update on the kittens.
