- Construction on condos blocking off the sidewalk on a daily basis without providing alternatives for safe passage. Northcross has a heavy pedestrian population. There are no sidewalks across the street. They are blocking off the sidewalk and bike lane, so only cars can get through. This is extremely dangerous for pedestrians.
