Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. Hello Brandon, the Austin Transportation and Public Works Department (TPW) have received your request for an all-way stop at the intersection of S. 2nd St. and Live Oak. TPW recently studied this intersection for an all-way stop. Unfortunately, the amount of traffic did not meet the criteria for an all-way stop. TPW also checked our crash database and found one crash that triggered a report on April 28th of this year. TPW will continue to monitor this intersection for the future.
