Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. Hello Michael, the Austin Transportation and Public Works Department (TPW) has received your comments regarding the HEB on S. Pleasant Valley Rd. This is a project from Capital Metro not the City of Austin. Once the construction is over the markings and turn lanes should be back in place. You are also allowed to cross the double yellow centerlines to enter the driveways for HEB. TPW will also be monitoring the construction via our Right-of-Way team with inspections. Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. No parking sign to be installed to clear parking and bus stop. Close service request.

Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. Spoke with requestor and she wants to have a speed limit sign installed for eastbound traffic coming off of Shoal Creek Boulevard. Issued signs work order to install one 30 MPH sign on existing luminary pole. No further action required at this time.

Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. 4/30/24 - Steve Romero talked to Cheryl onsite and explained to her how the signage and signals operate at this intersection. There is no signage we can install to convey the message she was requesting. No further action required at this time.

Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. 4/25/24 - Talked with Connie Chang and informed her that we have received complaints from a citizen of truck trailers parking overnight on Woodbay Parke Drive. Transportation and Public Works Department (TPW),in response, has installed No Parking / Tow Away signs from 10 post meridiem (pm) to 6 ante meridiem (am) on Woodbay Parke Drive and Vista Parke Drive. Connie said that when a lady came to have them sign a petition that Vista Parke Drive would not be affected. I explained to her that the signs were installed on Vista Parke Drive because the truck trailers would start parking there once the signs are installed on Woodbay Parke Drive. She requested to know further information and that she will contact her council member. I have request North Area's area engineer (Dipti Borkar-Desai) to contact her for further explanation. No further action required at this time.

Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. 4/30/24 - Attempted to reach requestor, left contact info on voicemail. 5/01/24 - Attempted to reach requestor, left contact info on voicemail. 5/2/24 - Talked with Matthew about adding a lane assignment sign on 51st Street notifying that the right eastbound lane (lane 1 from south curb) turns into a right only. I informed him that there is a lane assignment sign 500 ft from the intersection of 51st Street and Berkman Drive notifying that the right lane is a right turn only. There are 3 additional signs and pavement markings expressing that it is a right turn only as you approach Berkman Drive. 5/9/24 - Field Investigation - The lane assignment signs are visible and good condition. Called Matthew and left a voicemail stating 'As of right now Transportation and Public Works Department (TPW) does not recommend installing an additional sign. If Matthew wants to discuss further please give Daniel Wheat a call at 512-974-7614.' No further action required at this time.
