Contacted Area Inspector No Action Required Close SR. This CSR closed as duplicate to CSR #24-00142211, several calls for the ongoing construction problem is being addressed by the area inspector. Call closed.

Referred to 311 For Further Review - Close SR. 311 forward to DSD Environment inspections for follow up on sediment and erosion control issues.

Contacted Item Owner No Action Required Close SR. Inspector inspected site. This is associated with permit #2023-158703 EX. The contractor has been notified and will be responding to correct the issues. This SR can be closed as complete, item owner has been notified and inspector will follow-up with the contractor to ensure compliance is received. Devices have been cleared from travel lane.

Contacted Area Inspector Located and Removed Close SR. Inspector inspected area. There was a full road closure but no permits were found for it. Inspector removed the devices from the road to allow vehicle traffic to maintain flow. Inspector created an ECV (2024-052736 ECV) and issued it to the traffic control company. No contractor was on site and unable to locate the contractor. Inspector will follow-up with traffic control company to ensure this does not happen again. This SR can be closed as complete, inspector removed devices from the ROW.

Referred to 311 For Further Review - Close SR. 311 forward to DSD area residential building inspector to follow up and have contractor building home remove screening and or fence because blocking driver view at intersection. Photo attached. 12 building permits at location all expired, no current work being done at todays visit.
