No Work Planned - Future Project - Close SR. Class: SR Created By: DELAPLANEF Log Type: FUTURE_PROJ Summary: Met with citizen and looked at locations from prior flooding events Details Citizen called in March about the heavy rain in January. This neighborhood has had flooding issues and a CIP project is to put drainage for the road in this location. There is run-off from the St Andrews site during heavy rains that is creating nuisance water but some of the road improvements should convey some of the run-off issues from St Andrews. The irrigation area in the SE portion of the site runs off sometimes and berms would help. A plan is in review for some other improvements and that will be included as a requirement for the irrigation field.Date that I met Citizen at his property: 4/4/2024Recent inspection dates of the St Andrews assets: 3/17, 3/18, 3/28.
